A refund policy is a document that outlines the rules for getting refunds for purchased services. A refund policy often details the eligibility requirements for refunds, types of refunds given, the refund timeframe, and the return process.


If you’re using the payment gateway to pay online using Debit/Credit Card or Net banking & the payment isn’t processed due to any reasons, then you’re alleged to check account within next 4 working hours, otherwise the respective booking are going to be cancelled. In such scenarios the booking/Reservation are going to be subject to availability. If transaction is found suspicious by our risk management team and to guard your payment from potential fraud. You’ll be asked to submit identification proof alongside copy of your transaction by email to finish your transaction. If you did not produce the said documents on time, then your transaction/Reservation are going to be terminated/cancelled with immediate effect (for more clarity on this, you’ll get in-tuned together with our customer care). Transaction processing charges are going to be put up by the user for using the payment Gateway. If the transaction has been terminated/cancelled by the user, processing charges will still be applicable to the Agent/card holder. Each service provider has its own refund and cancellation policy, as a results of which we adhere to an equivalent. Also, refunds are going to be done only through the first Mode of Payment. Refund Policy and process: – The reservations which are applicable for refund as per the cancellation policy laid out in each booking are going to be entitled for refund (if applicable) and can be refunded within 15 working days from the date of cancellation request after the deduction of payment gateway processing charges.


Service of booking is confirmed as soon as payment is processed and that we get the confirmation from respective service provider for booking made.


In case of any dispute you’ll reach to local office over the mail with the small print. We always attempt to provide amicable solution to both the parties subject to availability of the booking. What all the decisions make are going to be final just in case of any Dispute.
